"Breakup" is the 6th episode of the first season of Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart.
Synopsis[]
Feeling left out, Adorabat wishes Mao Mao and Badgerclops would spend less time with each other and more time with her. When she gets what she wishes for and accidentally breaks up their friendship.[1]
Plot[]
Mao Mao & Badgerclops Friends.
Mao Mao, Badgerclops, and Adorabat drive over to fight a jelly monster in the Valley. Mao Mao and Badgerclops perform combo moves to take down the monster, which leaves Adorabat feeling excluded.
While the two bake their cake, Badgerclops tells Adorabat about how he and Mao Mao first met. Badgerclops was a part of the Thicket Thieves, formerly a bad guy. Badgerclops gets trapped in a mountain that was on fire, and Mao Mao comes to his rescue, starting the friendship between the two buddies. When Adorabat mentions Badgerclops being the sidekick of the crew, Mao Mao and Badger argue with each other, breaking their long friendship. Adorabat gets what she wished for, getting to hang out with Mao Mao and Badgerclops.
Adorabat grows tired of the two constantly bickering with each other and wanting to hang out with her all the time, she runs away from home. She plans to remake the scene from Badgerclops' story so Mao Mao and Badgerclops can save her and get over their stupid differences. She ends up getting into some terrible trouble with a monster, which ignites the Monster Alarm. Mao Mao and Badgerclops manage to get over their differences when remembering all the memories they've had, and with Adorabat, they perform a new combo move to take down the monster.
They do their handshake with Adorabat. They plan to put out the fire later after they bake their cake; they realize they left the oven on at their headquarters, which set their house on fire.
