Bubbums was a cupcake viewed as Chubbum's baby brother, but Mao Mao accidentally destroyed him. He appeared in the episode "Weapon of Choice".

He was Chubbum's baby brother (not really), as he dropped it in the fountain. Then he was squashed by Mao Mao.
