Parker Simmons is an American animator, voice actor, writer, and producer. He is known for being the creator of the Cartoon Network animated series Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart, as well as the voice for Mao Mao, King Snugglemagne, Farmer Bun, Ratarang, Slim Pigguns, and others.
