Synopsis

After an insane battle, Mao Mao and Orangusnake end up in the same hospital room. But even in full body casts, the sworn enemies continue the fight.

Plot

The episode starts with the heroes fighting the sky pirates until an Iguana monster appeared. Badgerclops, Adorabat, Ramaraffe, Boss Hosstrich, and Ratarang call timesies

but Orangusnake and Mao Mao continue to fight until the monster hurt them while stomping on them severely.

Later, Mao Mao wakes up and he ends up in a hospital, While Orangusnake wakes up and rips his shirt. When Dr. Cuddlestein tells them their bones are broken. After when she pulls Lucky out of his stomach, she told them not to fight, But the sworn enemies don't care about her rules, While ketchup says she's been good. In the room, Their still fighting. When the duo and Sky pirates got to the room, They see Mao Mao inside Orangusnake, Badgerclops stops and grabs Mao Mao with the robotic arm. Dr. Cuddlestein angrily was upset at them for breaking the rules, Mao Mao and Orangusnake refuse to listen, But Badgerclops and Adorabat we’re disappointed for Mao Mao's bad behavior in

the hospital. While, the Sky pirates give Orangusnake his sword, for fighting him. But he was Frustrated between them in the hospital.

Adorabat tells them that they are good boys, When, They can't take this anymore and fight while rolling away in there beds, (After passing a few Sweetypies). While Dr. Cuddlestein proudly to bring

a baby, mistakenly by Ratarang. While they both fight, they end up in a cement hole. They both sink in the cement. They try calling Slim Pigguns but he is too distracted by his headphones, As Mao Mao apologizes that if they keep fighting more, they give them pain. So, He breaks out of his cast while naked, (Who he is floppy). Tries to push the button, causes the cement mixer to stop. As they caught them, Mao Mao wants to go back since he is in a lot of pain, But Badgerclops tells him he's not allowed back there, So he tapes Mao Mao and does something off screen, as the episode ends.

  • Several secondary characters are seen in the hospital recovering:
    • Ketchup was in the same room as Mao Mao and Orangusnake from a visit to the dentist.
    • Benny and Penny are sitting together, both covered in bandages bellow their necks.
    • Farmer Bun can also seen in the background with a bear trap clamped on his foot, though it is unknown if he is a patient, or currently in a waiting room.
  • In Orangusnake's radiography, a silhouette of Lucky can be seen.
    • Dr. Cuddlestien soon revealed that she had taken Lucky out of his stomach, though Orangusnake was displeased, and angrily stated that Lucky was his lunch.
      • This may be a reference to how snakes eat mice and other rodents in real life, as Lucky is a hamster.

Continuity

  • This episode marks the second time Mao Mao is shown naked, the first time being in "Mao Mao's Nakey".

Cultural References

  • The episode's title could be a reference to "a peculiar alliance or combination when two people are sharing the same but different things at the same time", or the two eponymous films from 1965 and 2004, respectively.
  • "Bedfellows" was also the title of a Rocko's Modern Life episode in which Heffer moves in with Rocko.
